I served some aces today:
HMNA
The delisting play, spiked around 10 AM EST then faded, eventually going green to red for a nice short.
RDNT
Faded from the gun for a short.
MGIC
I absolutely nailed this, calling the green to red early and short entry in chat just before the big first red candle. This "stair step" (daily spike, consolidation over several days on up to lofty highs) set-up as termed by Sykes, is called a "mini-novae" or very ripe over-extension short play by yours truly. One of today's best plays!
BBX
Full credit I cannot take, but I was waiting for it kind of, too. In chat, a few of us noticed it about to test green to red, and then it positively tanked upon breaching that key level for a nice short.
ARIA
Also no full credit as it basically tanked from the gun, without a spike. Nice fade all day for the shorts, though.
FUQI
Second day play I think I noted in chat. This long scalp of a DCB paid off two straight days. If you are not in in chat, you are really missing out. http://timalerts.com/chatroom/ Join us the fastest growing room online.
It is getting hard to answer so many PMs in chat and play my own trades at the same time! Please be aware that you should only PM me over issues or stocks that I do NOT mention in the main room, because I might have already answered your questions there. If you need to discuss something else, then feel free to make a request. I often analyze specific plays from subscribers for errors of all kinds.
The peanut gallery was attracted like moth to flame on a momentum news gainer that stalled out at 10 bucks.
Irrational exuberance abounds in the stock market, especially in situations like these.
I never play these usually with real money, but I joined the drunken sailors with a paper trade of the beast.
This was my only play of the day of any kind. It turned out my long scalp was not exited at the top, but it worked enough to book a gain.
