Trade review 5-6-10

Nothing could survive the price action of the panic on Wall Street today, and several of my plays were longs:

Hits:

LEI

Nice green to red  fade, but the Dow certainly helped.

EVSI

Up over 14% on the day, the beat went on.

INHX

Again, the Dow probably had a hand in the equation, but I will take it! Flat open, fell from there over 8%

Misses:

PNTV

Gapped down, briefly saw green, fell far but closed equal to the open for a daily doji candle.

SRLS

Gapped up, but quickly faded over the session to finish red.

BANR

One good piece of news is the Dow played its part but it closed well up from the bottom, almost a hammer. As such, it might be a rebound oversold long play shortly. Swing is really in doubt now given market woes.

Push:

PDGO

I am claiming a split decision here due to early stength. A gap up, then more upside allowed an early long scalp with the finger on the trigger, which was needed as it went green to red with a bullet about 30 minutes in. This also made a great short on that change of fortunes, given the panic driven nature of the selling action.

Totals:
Daily record: W-3 L-3 P-1
50%

The big story today was the huge fall in the Dow, which at least finished with a bounce off its steep lows.
