Trade review 6-18-10

I got some of these right:

Hits:

FSII

This opened at 4.53 then quickly took 4.60+ en route to a breakout success in greening by 9.5%

ANAD

Opened slightly down from the previous close, then faded according to the script more or less, finishing down nearly 5%

LEI

Opened a bit above the resistance level of 2.74-5 then solidly advanced on the session en route to a +15% finish.

CIGX

This did not quite make it to 2, but it failed early and often, fading nicely on the day finishing down close to 10% and the short was obvious enough.

Misses:

CWLZ

This actually had a nice early short on it when it sideways consolidated then broke support intraday. But the scenario did not pan out as predicted and it closed green. Up after hours after the aforementioned fade. Up 24.5% on the day. The rumors and verified aspects of the news on this still should be monitored.

RAME

It stalled on the upside right near 2.40, but closed green. No great fade was experienced. You are probably still in this if short, as the stop would still be above your entry. A miss is the fairest outcome to record here.

PDO

I thought we would have at least a tad of initial upside, but it sold off right at the bell and faded most of the way en route to red finish of nearly 10% after a gap up and crap from the daily high.

Push:

FEEL

Strong early, but later dumped, finishing red by nearly 30% so a push can be claimed at best.

NSU

Yes, it tested 4 and closed on that price, but it was mostly flat on the day until late. It held 4, and reached 4.12, but could not build upon that and closed lower than the high. Up close to 4%, a push is a fair result.

Totals:
Daily record: W-4 L-3 P-2
57%

My unofficial pick of NMTI went as follows: It continued to rise on Friday on the dead cat bounce, rewarding long bouncer plays to the tune of over 30% Too bad I cannot count it on my statistics!
