Watchers for the 6-3-10 trading session

The gimmicky timed release guys are at it again, refresh your browser at these links just before 9:30 A.M. EST to watch the horror show:

Stock Preacher

Despite the cheesy nature of these things, a few times they actually work for a long scalp and the shorts are even better sometimes. Also, finding shares can be easier in certain cases because it's sort of a surprise play.

JSDA

Now really getting mature with high wave stick action relative to the real body of the daily candle, this Supernovae is on watch for the fade play. Every day it goes on any long becomes more suspect. Short on weakness but again, watch it early and do not stand in front of a train. Once they pop, though, rejoice! Ideally they run this thing up even more so some really nice downside awaits short sellers. My best potential short...

PBTH

Let's hope the Bulls can keep running at least sideways on Thursday. Longs are suspect not only due to the general direction lately and the huge rally today being profit taking bait, but the larger market is coming into some strong resistance. If this stock can take out 6.34 on volume and acceleration, a breakout is possible. Ideally it takes and holds 6.40+ for the Bulls. Possible short on tests and fades from this resistance level.

WOLV

This move is really getting overextended. Short on weakness if it falters early. Stay away otherwise, unless it goes green to red late, etc.

TGA

This sits ever so close to a real breakout. Again, market willing, this might pan out for the Bulls long if it can get above this 7.60 ceiling. It reached 7.66 today, but we need a sustained move over 7.70+ on volume and acceleration to justify entering the fray. Possible short on tests and fades from the same resistance area.

OOAG

Zooming north again, this cheapie is looking toppy again and may yield another fade play. Watch it early for signs of weakness to short. Unfortunately, it faded quite a bit already today. Longs are just scalps of early or opening bell spikes, at this point.

HAUP

Up slightly after hours, and having broken some key levels of support at 2.80 and 2.70, let's see if we can see some accelerating downside action in this clunker. Careful, this stock has been a frustrating, choppy, early and opening bell spike prone nuisance for short sellers, who have been modestly squeezed many times here.

PANL

Action possible on both sides Thursday on this. It may gap up and later fade. I prefer the short if it weakens. Might have a bit more than the gap for longs early. I would keep flexible and watch the morning price action for hints on direction.

Unofficially watching:

GSB

Lots of volume and range. Watching this from the open for spiking to permit a long scalp. Nothing else.

PDOS

Big range and volume. Similar comments as for GSB but a possible fade on weakness cues, especially early.

The action has been slow lately, with not very many really good plays, and it is not getting much better. Many may prefer to be in cash rather than to play, until we get some higher quality pumps and other nice cheap action. Remember, if the stock market weakens, the climate for penny stocks is less favorable, like it or not.
