I got a few picks right today...
Hits:
ADXDF
This panned out well, opening on a modest gap up which began to gradually decay. It picked up steam in the afternoon, and closed red by nearly 8.5% today.
WWWW
We got our red to green nicely. Gap up sold off at once, falling red. Then about 22 minutes in it rose steadily, going green minutes later which yielded a long entry cue. It gradually rose, finishing up nearly 2.5% today.
Misses:
CPSL
A sad fake out whipsaw. After a modest gap down, the stock fell from the bell and immediately went red to green, but it did not last. It soon dived back under red and sold off gradually for hours. Then it rebounded strongly in the afternoon, going all the way back green, only to fall back red again. Negative finish by nearly 2% today after a weak close. Looked like a winner but turned out to be anything but, twice.
OPXT
Opening at 3, this sported an early red to green, and looked like a winner. It reached 3.35 near lunch, but it was down hill from there. It gradually faded all the way back red and flat lined into the close, meekly closing south by a bit more than 1 half of 1 percent. The fake out whipsaw merits a loss, despite the near unchanged finish. Some savvy longs probably banked, though, with conservative sells.
Push:
TA
A sizable gap down open precluded entry. This was near the lod. It gradually rose all day to finish positive by less than 1 half of 1 percent.
KV.A and KV.B
Another no play. "B" gapped up and never reddened, closing up 2.75% today, although it finished lower than it opened. "A" printed the lod in the first useless 5 minute noise candle and zoomed up, denying shorts a play, and pullbacks never reddened, so it did not yield an entry either, finishing green by the same amount as above.
GWAY
Opening on a gap up, this bolted up from the gun, denying shorts an entry. It really zoomed in the afternoon, finishing green by over 56.5% today. Obviously, the good news is no sane short got squeezed by this rocket.
