I got some of them right on this day...
Hits:
STAA
After early weakness, a classic red to green for the long entry arose. It gradually ascended, closing up close to 3% today for the win.
ACFC
This was a clear win, but my list had a typo. I meant 2.50 not 1.50! A gap up and crap after the noise candle quickly fell under the open and flat line for the entry short, taking the aforementioned level out with it. It never recovered, finishing south by over 18% today.
Misses:
MBI
A fake out loss for shorts after it moved under the open early but after the noise candle. Later it went red to green out of nowhere strongly, then moved sideways. It fade into the close, but still ended up over 0.5% today.
PEIX
Another fake out loss. This time shorts who entered after the noise candle on the decay early under the opening price level saw the stock soon trade sideways, which lasted most of the day. In the afternoon it rose into the close, ending red by nearly 3% despite that. But it was at least a cent over the probable entry price.
Push:
HOV
This looks like a win on paper, but given the likely entry price and factoring in commissions, it's more like a push. It got over the trigger twice after the noise candle. The previous session low held when it fell back under the flat line, then it rebounded to green and close positive by nearly 2% on the day.
HW
A no play without a trigger, but it got close. Fell most of the out of the open but closed strong to end positive by over 1% today.
ATRN
Longs were unlikely to have been fooled here, despite it hitting the trigger, due to the price action sequence. It fell on the noise candle and the next one was a fairly big gap up from the hod that fell at once. Despite a few bounces, that new high held on up and down movement, which eventually closed down over 3% today.
My unofficial fade play ATHX worked perfectly, with a gap up from the hod and crap. This stayed under the flat line and opening price all day. It closed red by over 4% today.
Totals:
Daily record: W-2 L-2-P-3
50%
