Reminder: The stock market is closed tomorrow on Good Friday. Picks for Monday are next up...
I got some plays right today...
Hits:
CLNT
A gap up that advanced at once, but soon peaked and began a slow bleed down. Once it moved under the open in the morning, it was a winning fade entry. It continued to decay, closing up over 0.5% due to gapper.
HEAT
After a weak noise candle, a flat line bounce essentially held and it fell back to and under the gap, yielding a short. Even decay followed and it closed south by almost 18% today.
RCON
This short set up perfectly to script. After a gap down open and unchanged noise candle, it steadily fell, and once under the debut it was a fade entry. Sideways moves followed and it closed down over 26.5% today.
Misses:
BSPM
Not sure how I messed up the chart and play on this, but I'm counting it as a loss as a result. I had the wrong chart and/or play set-up or both somehow! Sorry about that. This was not a Red floater, though on a gap down from a cent above the lod I doubt anybody would have lost money. Green by almost 15% today.
SEFE
A gap up fell out of the gun, but kept doing so after the noise candle, crossing the flat line. The probable entry short would be equal or just below the close, so it's a loser of some kind. Sideways movement followed and led to a strong close, which ended unchanged.
Push:
LUV
A no trigger push as this gap down rose initially, but fast peaked below the target and headed back down to and under the flat line. A slow decay ensued and it closed down a bit under 1% today on a no play.
PMCS
A gap down that fell from the open which also did not trigger. This eventually moved sideways with a down side bias the remainder, closing south by over 6.5% on a no play.
Totals:
Daily record: W-3-L-2-P-2
60%
