A win for shorts when a gap up moved sideways after the open then fell under it later in the morning, triggering a short. It fell under the flat line and kept diving into the finish, which was red by over 22.5%.
ACAD
A nice win for longs when a gap up fell on the noise candle and for a few more ones, then rose to overtake the open and later new yearly highs. It kept climbing gently, closing above 13%.
SREV
A flat debut rose and fell early, then went red to green to prepare longs when the trigger occurred just after lunch. It kept rising into the finish, which was up by over 3.5%.
COOL
A 1 cent gap down moved sideways in the morning, then triggered. A later new high still won by a bit less if entering on the candle close. It moved sideways, fell to the flat line in the afternoon and closed strongly to end up over 5% and decently above the entry price for longs.
Misses:
KTOS
A possible fake out loss for shorts when this gap down continued to dive after the noise candle. Then it reversed course, greening late and closed above 0.5%.
ZERO
A possible fake out for shorts when this gap up fell under the trigger after the noise candle. It then moved mostly sideways and up into the finish, closing red by over 5% but likely a bit above the entry level.
KBALB
A possible fake out loss for short when this fell under the trigger after the noise candle. It zoomed back green then fell back to the flat line, rose again and closed weakly except for a small bounce to end barely green.
