I got some plays right on Friday...
Hits:
KRG
A win for shorts wen a gap down rose to the flat line from early on and failed. Once it fell under the opening price, it was an entry. A gradual decline ensued, and it ended red by over 2% on Friday.
AEGR
A win for shorts when a gap down advanced initially, then fell to the flat line. After hugging it a while, it fell under the open and the gapper by lunch, yielding an entry. More red followed, down over 6% on Friday.
Misses:
KEG
A fake out loss for longs possible when a gap down advanced from the noise candle and greened, triggering early on. It peaked within 35 minutes and headed back to and later under the flat line. -2% on Friday.
DCIX
Another fake out loss for longs when a gap down advanced early, greening and triggering. Soon after it moved sideways and then down to and below the flat line, moving sideways to end down less 0.5% Friday.
Push:
LZB
A no play push when a gap down fell initially, then moved sideways. A flat line challenge failed, and it made no more yearly highs. Sideways moves into the close followed, red by over 1% on Friday. Longs impossible.
ITMN
Another no play push when a gap down debut moved sideways and up to the flat line, but missed the trigger. It hugged it a while, then moved under hard heading into lunch. Sideways moves into the finish followed and it ended red by almost 6% on Friday.
SSH
No play push likely when this opened on a gap well above the trigger but at the hod printing it on the noise candle. It drifted sideways and failed to take out the original high, then fell under the open and moved sideways the remainder, closing up over 2% due to the gapper. Always wait for the new high to be taken out in such gap up situations, especially with it occurring in the 1st 5 minutes of trading.
Totals:
Daily record: W-2-L-2-P-4
50%
