I got one of them right on election day...
Hits:
TUES
An early trigger for longs off a gap up that advanced from the lod led to a modest win. It decayed in the afternoon but the lod held and it closed strong, up almost 3% today.
Misses:
HNSN
A fake out loss for shorts possible when this gap down moved sideways initially and then under the debut. It bottomed out though in an hour and slowly rose, ended negative by over 1% today.
MRH
A fake out loss for longs possible when this triggered in the morning, then it moved sideways. A weak close followed and it ended up nominally but just a hair under the likely entry point.
Push:
MEIP
A clear gap up advanced from the lod, allowing shorts no entry. It kept climbing up all session, en route to a green finish of over 54% today.
HGSH
Up and down moves from a gap down debut that moved along the flat line discouraged any real long, with most tape painted dips below the open not closing under it. It fell over 2.5% today but shorts were out.
NTE
A no play push when a gap down fell from the hod and denied longs any play. It also failed to make any more new highs. It moved sideways much of the way, en route to a red end of over 4% today.
OSG
A no play push when this failed to trigger for longs. Daily doji print. Fell hard early then rose all day to even and up almost 2% for day, but still under the entry price needed for buyers.
Totals:
Daily record: W-1-L-2-P-4
33%
