Off a clear gap down, this fell steadily from the noise candle, yielding a short. A later bounce held the flat line and it resumed tanking. Closed south by over 15% on Monday.
HALO
An easy win for shorts off the 7 fail when this gap up fell from the noise candle, triggering. It fell steadily under the flat line, closing red by almost 4.5% on Monday.
Misses:
ALJ
This gap down fell steadily from near the hod, so most longs would have stayed flat despite a tape paint with a close under new annuals on the 2nd candle. It drifted south en route to a red end of over 2.5% Monday. Still it's possible a few could have been fake out, so this must be scored as a loss on fake out.
Push:
BOSC
A push likely when a true gap up rose steadily from the noise candle, denying shorts a play. It held the initial low until minutes before close, so most would have kept flat. Even then, an entry likely broke even or made a few bucks. Closed up almost 2% due to the gapper.
INN
A gap down near the lod rose and greened after the noise candle, denying shorts a clear entry. It soon held the low on prints and returned positive, ending up nominally. A no play push.
