A win for shorts off a gap down near the hod that fell on the noise candle, then rose and held the flat line. Once it fell back under the open and initial low, it was an entry that kept declining, en route to a red finish of over 17.5% today.
NKTR
Longs won off a gap up from the lod that rose after the noise candle for the entry. It peaked an hour in and steadily decayed, but ended up over 2.5% today.
PANL
A win for longs off a gap up near the lod moved sideways initially, then up for the entry over the trigger. It peaked late morning and moved sideways but still ended up over 3.5% today.
Misses:
EXAS
A possible fake out loss long when a gap down fell initially, then rose to the flat line and over, triggering near lunch. A steady decay followed, and it headed under the gap line, ended red by about 0.5% today.
GNK
A possible fake out loss short when a gap up moved sideways initially, then fell under the trigger early. It soon rebounded to the flat line, and hugged it the remainder, en route to a red end of almost 0.5% today.
Push:
HTGC
A no play push when a flat debut fell from the hod to red, and kept going, not triggering. I bounced a bit near lunch but still ended south by over 1.5% on Friday.
MEIP
This moved sideways most of the way, never making more annuals, mostly under and around the flat line. Few longs would have played. Closed up over 1.5% today, though. Entry with commissions would be wash.
