Another great short if you found shares. A gap down near the lod fell from the noise candle, yielding a short soon after. It continued for an hour, then moved sideways, closing weak and red by almost 24% today.
PGNX
A nice long won when a gap up fell after the noise candle, then triggered 20 minutes in. It moved sideways before taking off the remainder, closing up over 9% today.
Misses:
KITD
A possible fake out loss for shorts when this gap up fell on the noise candle, then rose early on. Late morning it fell under the open for the entry, but gradually drifted up, ending north by over 2% on Wednesday.
KRO
Another possible fake out for sellers when this gap up moved sideways out of the open, whereupon it fell under the opening price for a spell. But it soon rebounded and moved sideways and positive for much of the remainder, closing up nearly 3% today. A loss.
Push:
ALJ
Longs avoided fake out woes when this gap up from near the hod printed it on the noise candle and fell, with the next one going red. Soon after it moved sideways all session, closing down over 3.5% today. A push.
CRK
A gap up from the hod moved sideways early and could not take out the initial high, whereupon it traveled sideways and then down to the flat line, eventually going red. A climb in the afternoon greened, but kept under earlier highs and closed up only a bit over 1% today. A no play push.
LUV
A significant gap up discouraged longs. It fell on the follow up candle to the noise one, printing the hod. More down side followed, and it bottomed in an hour or so, rising steadily but never overtaking the initial highs for an entry. A move down an sideways moves ensued, with it closing up over 2% today. A push.
Off record selection FORD rose early over the trigger for a long. Anyone closing out by lunch banked, but it began a long slow slide back to almost even, closing up just 2% and nearly a push by that time.
