I got some plays right on Monday...
Hits:
GTN
Opening on a gap up, this steadily advanced from the debut yielding a long. It moved sideways after lunch, finishing up almost 14% today for the win.
OCZ
A nice win for longs when a gap up advanced on the noise candle, then fell, but held the flat line. Then it reversed 15 minutes in for the entry. Sideways moves from lunch on, ending up over 12% on Monday.
VELT
Another winning long that triggered after it moved above that on the noise candle. The lod equaled the open. It slowly rose until lunch, then moved sideways and a bit down, ending north by nearly 7.5% today.
Misses:
SMCI
Fake out likely for shorts when a gap up fell initially, reddening and triggering. It soon reversed course, greening. Then it moved sideways into the finish, ending up nearly 1.5% today and above the trigger. Loss.
Push:
CORR
Opening on a gap up but not quite triggering, this debut was also the hod. Up and down moves around the flat line ended nominally positive. A no play push.
ARRY
Although this hit the price briefly, less than 1 candle's worth, that one even closed positive so it's unlikely any shorts would have bit. A gap up fell initially, then rose and greened. Kept positive until a weak close ended it down a bit over 0.50% today. No play push given the price action.
MENT
A push when a flat debut rose from the lod but just missed the trigger. Sideways moves ensued and it ended positive by a whisker. No play for longs.
