I got a few plays correct on this day...
Hits:
MEDL
A gap down fell from the noise candle and beyond for the short entry. It peaked a bit before lunch then rose slowly, but ended down over 15.5% today and likely under the entry price on the fade. A win.
UBNT
At least a small win for shorts when a gap up rose on the noise candle but then fell at once after for the entry fade. It rebounded soon after but failed to green, then fell slowly and steadily, ending red by over 2% today.
BIOL
A gap up fell on the noise candle and the follow up stick really hard, for entry on the 4 fail. It moved mostly sideways the remainder, but most shorts banked on the drop. Closed south by over 5% today.
Misses:
CTCM
A few longs, probably not many-this is arguable as a push-could have lost here. After the noise candle, it hit over the trigger briefly on the next one and closed under it. Then it fell steadily, going from green to red and remained under the flat line the remainder. It moved sideways into the finish, down over 1.5% today.
Push:
EGOV
A gap up printed the hod on the noise candle, falling from it and denying longs any play but preventing fake outs. It steadily fell until bottoming sometime after lunch. Then it rose slightly and slowly but still ended down over 4% today. No play.
SEM
A gap down near the hod fell on the noise candle. It made as flat line challenge, but that essentially held and it never triggered for longs by price. More down moves in the afternoon followed, though it closed on an upswing but still down about 0.50% today. No play push.
SQNM
Another no play push lacking a trigger price for longs. A gap down fell from the noise candle and well beyond denying entry. It bottomed in 40 minutes and slowly rose, but the flat line held and it just held under our price. Closed down less than 0.50% today.
