MEDL
A gap up from the hod yielded an early short when this panic dumped right after the noise candle. It closed off the lows, steadily rebounding from a floor near lunch, red by almost 9.5% today.
Misses:
MDCI
Looks like a win but is probably a loss, at least with commissions. A gap down fell after the noise candle, then fast greened and triggered for the buy entry. It gradually declined, finishing up over 1% but likely under the entry point nominally.
ZGNX
A gap down open led to another up candle that triggered for longs. Then it slowly fell back to and under the flat line via a panic from lunch. It moved sideways in the afternoon, closing strong and up over 2% today but lower than the likely buy point.
Push:
VSH
Opening a cent over the lod, this rose and printed the lod from the noise candle, preventing short fake outs and denying them any entry. It stayed positive, closing up over 1.5% today.
RPRX
A gap down open rose from near the lod and even nominally greened, but missed triggering long. It soon fell back under for good, steadily decaying en route to a red end of over 3% today.
LPHI
No good fade opportunity when a gap up advanced steadily from the bell, not going under 3.50. Up and down moves followed, it even held the initial low. Closed up over 5% today.
PLX
Most longs would not have been faked out with this price action. A gap up printed over the trigger on the noise candle, which closed south and under the flat line. The next on also did so, but briefly hit the hod. It then fell steadily under the flat line, closing down over 1.5% today. No play push.
