I got some of these things right today...
Hits:
RSOL
A big great win for longs when a gap up advanced and triggered from the noise candle and beyond. Closed up almost 65% today.
NXTM
A win for shorts on the trigger breach around lunch. A gap down rose initially preventing entry, but it triggered later. Steady moves under the flat line ensued, and it ended down over 1.5% today.
XRSC
A likely winning short on either the early or later entry, given the price action a small win at worst seems probable. A gap up at the hod fell from the noise candle, and it never greened, closing red by over 10.5% today.
Misses:
GTAT
Looks like a win but most longs lost with this price action. A gap up near the lod rose and hit the trigger price on the noise candle. Any entry just after lost as it steadily fell from there, closing up over 3% but likely below the entry point buy.
Push:
CAMP
Fake out unlikely for longs when a gap up fell from the noise candle and beyond. Rebounds held the flat line which it spent most of day beneath. It closed down 0.50% today and the initial high was never bested.
LPHI
A gap up from the lod advanced from the noise candle, preventing short fake outs. A slow uptick ensued and it held initial lows, ending up almost 8.5% today.
KERX
A gap up near the lod advanced initially, but failed to trigger long. It then fell to the flat line, where it remained until a late push ended it up almost 1% today. A no play push.
