Trade review 2-21-21

I got some plays correct today...

Hits:

NVGN

A winning short when a clear gap up fell steadily after a positive noise candle for the entry. It kept that up all session en route to an unchanged finish.

ARAY

A win for shorts when  a gap down rose on the noise candle, then moved under the open and trigger price for the entry. A slow burn ensued, and it ended south by over 2% today.

 Misses:

CHMP

Fake out loss possible after a gap down rose on the noise candle to green but fell under after lunch for the entry short. It continued to fall, then closed strong and down no more than 2% but above the entrance price.

Push:

CHTP

A push or very small win at best when a gap down fell on the noise candle, failed to green, and then moved under the opening price early on for entry. By lunch it began to climb, closing red by almost 11% today but that was likely in line with the entry.

MIG

A flat debut from the lod rose out of the open after the noise candle, denying shorts a play. It peaked by lunch, moved sideways, then closed weakly but still up over 3% today. A push.

END

A gap down near the hod fell steadily after the noise candle, denying longs an entry since it never triggered. It kept up a slow burn down until closing south over 9% today. No play.

MERU

Looks like a win but was a small one or a push due to price action. It opened on a gap up that fell initially, then went red to green for possible entry. It rose slowly most of the way, before closing weakly but up almost 3.5% and over the trigger. Unless exiting on close, it was probably barely profitable. A push perhaps.
