I got a few picks right on Thursday...
Hits:
OPXA
A winning short off a gap down near the hod which fell steadily from the noise candle, yielding an early entry. It glided down the remainder, closing south by over 8% today.
MEDL
Although it closed up almost 6% due to the gapper, this is deceiving since a winning fade followed after it tanked under the open and initial low following a positive noise candle. It soon fell under the flat line, but recovered late. It ended under the likely entrance point for sellers.
Misses:
AMSC
A few eager early longs could have bit here, though many may also have kept flat when it triggered on the 2nd candle which closed below the entry price suggestion. A steady drop ensued, going green to red for good. Moved sideways and a bit up by lunch, closing down almost 2.5% today. A possible loss.
Push:
AGO
No play push for potential longs when this gap down fell from the noise candle to red. A rebound could not take out the initial high, and it fell under the flat line again. After bottoming, it recovered slowly but never could green, closing down by over 1% today.
CORR
A gap down just doji printed, never triggering for longs so this is a no play push. Up and down moves early and a brief greening led to a permanent fall under the flat line, where it closed south by over 0.50% today.
ZOLT
A hammer print did not trigger for longs when a gap up near the hod fell from the noise candle for some time, preventing entry. A gradual recovery from lunch on closed up nominally, (0.25%) but no play was possible.
UNXL
A gap up just missed triggering short by price, and the flat line also held. After rising, it stayed positive into the close, which was up almost 4.5% today. No play push.
Totals:
Daily record: W-2-L-1-P-4
60%
