Trade review 6-18-13

I got a few plays right on Tuesday...

A winning short off a gap up near the hod that moved sideways early, before falling under the flat line to trigger late morning. Bottoming after lunch, it rose to end down not less than almost 4% today.

A winning long off a gap up near the lod the moved sideways early, then up to trigger. It kept going, closing up over 2% today.

A fake out loss long likely when a gap up rose and triggered after a weak noise candle. It peaked in 25 minutes, then decayed to near lows. With commissions, it's a loser.

A loss afer a gap down from the lod rose and greened late morning, then triggered for some minutes before decaying back to and under the flat line. Ended essentially flat so with commissions it failed.

A gap up printed the hod on the noise candle which ended down itself. It moved sideways a bit and did not take the initial high out, then it gradually fell to and under the flat line, denying longs a clear play. Ended south by over 8.5% today.

A flat debut essentially advanced early, then moved sideways along the flat line. It could not breach 9 for entry short. This continued until close, which was essentially flat.

A very big gap down discouraged any entries, especially the planned short. It rose on the noise candle significantly, then decayed slowly, but this was useless for fades. A doji print finish -11% due to the gapper.

Daily record: W-2-L-2-P-3
