Trade review 9-27-13

I got some picks right on Friday...

Hits:

AFFY

A nice win long when a flat debut from the lod went sideways initially, then rose for entry. It peaked late morning, then fell, but ended up positive by over 5% Friday.

KIOR

At least a modest win for shorts given the likely entrance point when a gap up fell on the noise candle, then bounced and stayed red. It resumed falling and steadily did so, ending down over 8% today.

KNDI

Another likely win short when a gap down debut fell on the noise candle, then rose. It then fell back under the open for entry, continuing to fall until after lunch. A failed bounce ended it red by over 6.5% on Friday.

Misses:

NAMG

A fake out loss for shorts likely when a gap down fell on the noise candle, then rose briefly. It resumed falling, going under the trigger. Bottoming in 50 minutes, it slowly rose, ending red by over 5% Friday but above the entrance price.

Push:

KGJI

A gap down from the hod fell from the noise candle and after, not triggering. A bounce held the flat line and it ended south by almost 3% on Friday.

CECO

Another gap down which rose but never triggered. Peaking early, it steadily fell, ending red by over 4.5% on Friday.

DANOY

Another no play push when a clear gap down never triggered long. It moved mostly sideways, en route to a down finish of over 1% Friday.
