Trade review 10-1-13

I got some picks correct on Tuesday...

An afternoon trigger long when a gap up moved sideways and positive initially. It closed strongly and up almost 22% today.

Shorts had a chance for a narrow win during lunch when a gap up moved mostly sideways and positive until the early afternoon when it hit 9.50 and decayed. Closed up over 2% but that was under likely entry price.

Longs won on a gap up debut that rose steadily for entry and kept going. It closed up over 1.5% today.

Looks like a win but it's a fake out short on most entries. A gap down fell on the noise candle, and the first realistic entry was above where it finished after mostly negative sideways moves ending red by 4.5% today.

Another seeming win which was a loss. It opened on a gap up that advanced on the noise candle and the entry on the next one was above where it ended following sideways moves. It closed up over 2.5% today but that was under were longs entered.

Another long fake out likely when a flat open rose initially after the noise candle for entry. It topped early and often, closing weakly and up over 1% today but probably a bit under the entrance price.

A likely loss for longs off this gap up debut that rose early to trigger. Peaking in 30 minutes, it fell steadily, closing up over 0.50% but possibly right on the entry, so with commissions it's a loser.
