Trade review 11-20-13

I got some plays correct on Wednesday...

Hits:

VNDA

A winning short after a gap up which fell after the noise candle to under the open and flat line for entry. A steady decline ensued, and it ended down over 3% today.

ICLD

Another winning short that fell steadily from the noise candle for entry. It ended down over 13% today.

ABAT

Another winning short when a gap down moved down for entry 10 minutes in. It then fell slowly, en route to a down finish of almost 19% today.

IPCI

Another winning short when a gap up advanced from after the noise candle, peaking early and slowly falling from there to trigger under the open and flat line after lunch. It decayed into the red end of over 9.5% today.

Misses:

OTIV

With a poor entry on candle 2, this could easily be a loss when it fell hard early. It bottomed in less than 20 minutes, then rose steadily, ending down over 4% today but likely above the entrance point on the fade.

DNDN

Early upside closes above the trigger led to a loss long off this gap up. Closed red by over 3.5% via late decay under the flat line.

Push:

SGOC

A huge gap up discouraged entries. It moved sideways and up a bit early, then fell into the finish, which was positive by over 26.5% due to the gapper, despite it closing under the open.
