Trade review 12-4-13

I got one of these things right on Wednesday...

A gap up from the hod rose to the flat line, failing there yielding an early fade entry. It bottomed after lunch, moving sideways until it closed red by over 7.5% today.

A fake out loss counting commissions likely when a gap up fell soon after entry, recovered and greened for entry long. It was fine until a weak close ended it right on the trigger, up over 2.5% today.

A fake out loss short likely when a gap up fell under 3.50 early for entry, which soon reversed and greened, keeping going and ending up 8% today.

Early weakness reversed and this greened and triggered long in the first 45 minutes before it fast reversed and headed below the flat line for good, ending down over 1.5% today.

A no play push when a gap down from the hod fell from the noise candle steadily, until afternoon. It then rebounded, but ended down over 3% today. No trigger for longs.

A gap down never quite triggered, falling out of the open and going up and down under the flat line. It closed no better than unchanged, so longs had no play.

A big gap down prevented shorts, and longs never triggered. It meandered under the flat line going sideways, ending down over 13% but never yielded a good entry.

Daily record: W-1-L-3-P-3
