At least on commissions, this fake out short opened on a gap down and fell early, triggering. But it rose almost to the flat line, closing weakly but about on the open price. So despite a red close 4%+ it's a loss.
VVUS
A likely narrow loss short when this gap down fell early for entry. It soon gradually rose to the flat line, closing weakly and down over 1% today. Ended likely no lower than equal to entry so with commissions...
KBIO
Another loss by fake out short when this gap down fell under the trigger late morning. It soon bottomed and slowly reversed, closing up nominally.

Almost triggering, this gap down rose steadily, topping in the afternoon just under the trigger. It closed weakly, up a tad and almost unchanged. No play.
