BIOF
A classic afternoon fade win for shorts. The early moves were up, then it gradually decayed. Once it crossed the flat line it was a short entry. This continued to decay into the close, a red one by around 4.5% today.
RAYS
Speaking of shorting in the afternoon, witness this classic outcome. Fine all day with yet more rising, then they killed it late on increasing, big volume. It was a short on the move below the open, and certainly below the flat line. It continued to languish, flattening out into the finish, south by over 10% today. We've seen it all before!
CALX
A modest win when a gap up fell initially, but stayed over the flat line. Once it retook the opening price and even initial high, it was a long. It zig-zagged upwards but closed tepidly, up over 4% today some in the gap.
Misses:
ENOC
A clear fake out loss for longs. After a gap up and the noise candle, the next few greened too, suckign in buyers. Then it gradually decayed all day from there. Closed up nearly 1% today but that was just the gapper.
Push:
CMM
A no play when this gap down open rose from the lod at once. It closed off of the highs, and even negative by nearly 4.5% today but it's a push not a win. That red finish is due to the gapper not being filled entirely.
MNLU
Another no play, not a big surprise at all given how far it fell last time. It opened at the lod, and moved up at once, preventing shorts from entering. Green by over over 19% today on a steady climb into the close.
SMSI
Another no play when this gap down filled, but could not move over a single cent above the previous close, and did not trigger on the high. The flat line hugging price action continued all day, finishing unchanged relative to previous day ending price.
