A perfect short when a gap up advanced a bit from the noise candle, then it fell under the open for the entry. At lunch it collapsed under the flat line, a bounce still leaving it south by over 28.5% today.
MEI
A gap up from the lod rose from just after the noise candle, yielding a long. It kept rising slowly until afternoon, whereupon it moved sideways, closing up over 9.5% today.
ACAD
A flat debut from the lod rose on the noise candle, then fell under the open a bit but remained positive. A new fast climb ensued and it triggered about 40 minutes in. A slow uptick continued for the remainder, though it closed weakly and up almost 2.5% for a very nominal win.
Misses:
MGAM
A fake out loss for shorts when a gap up fell under the open and briefly the flat line, twice. It rebounded into the close, ending up over 1% today.
PCO
This gap up triggered twice before lunch for shorts. Then it moved back to positive for good, faking them out and closing up almost 3% today. A loss.
Push:
PGRX
Potential longs avoided a fake out when this gap and near crap fell on the noise candle and printed the hod on that, going red at once. It then continued to decline under the flat line, ending red by over 11% today.
TSL
A gap up debut rose from the noise candle, then fell under the flat line a tad after first moving sideways. Just 1 candle reached the trigger, but it closed above it. No more hit and it soon greened. Remaining positive until the end, it closed up over 1.5% today. Few if any shorts would have bit here with this price action sequence.
