Watchers for the 2-7-11 trading session

KV.A & KV.B

New Supernovae scan return. Up over 140% on Friday. FDA approval news catalyst. Volume stronger than ever, so it might not be over. Box and drop or wait for decay. Ideal is a flat or barely green or red open, followed by a big move down on volume to short into. Avoid big gaps, especially downward ones. Fade on morning panic or conventional confirmed weakness cues. This kind of scenario can have legs, so this is also a at or near bell spike up long scalp if it is on heavy volume, but be prepared to jump ship at any stalling.

AEHI

New Supernovae scan return. Rose 220% on Friday. Analysis to enter is much like that for the above 2 stocks. Favorable court ruling catalyst. Those do not tend to have lasting legs, but a few late to the party longs might arrive to long scalp this out of the gate, but I would just keep flat until we get a shorting cue entry.

DBLE

See my analysis from last time, it mostly still applies. Over extension still ripening. Getting near to a correction. Patient stalking and waiting for trades to come to you, rather than chasing over eagerly, is the key to success.

TA

Supernovae still squeezing and ripening rapidly. See my comments and analysis from last time, it mostly still applies, including the note about accumulation volume starting to lessen. Probably pops early on this week.

EVPH

Another oldie but goodie blast from the past. Self serving P.R. helped this move 75% on Thursday, and 95% on Friday. Might have a few idiots to long scalp on a spike up at or near the gun, but I would keep flat on that, and fade into confirmed weakness cues or morning panic. As usual, the easiest route to the former is a flat or barely up or down open, followed by an immediate move south. This Pinkie is a Stinkie, soon a short.

HLIT

Nice break out from a range to new 52's. Short term, these usually go higher. Down a tad after hours, so a possible red to green long might arise. Long on that. Scalp up on immediate or near the bell spiking up or consistent trading above the opening price level. Avoid shorts, keep flat on consistently weak price action. Earnings catalyst, no run up and beat estimates. Obviously Friday was the best play but we might get more.

KNL

A bit pricey for me but lots to like in this new 52's equity. Big earnings surprise that broke out big on Friday. See my comments for HLIT in terms of entry approaches as this play resembles that strongly. Zacks.com likes its return and other well known names were impressed by the turn around and potential.
